I vow to keep my gutters cleaned. This will be done either by cleaning the gutters myself or by hiring a professional company to conduct the work for me. I understand the importance of clean and clear gutters in ensuring the long life of my roof and home’s exterior. Simple gutter cleaning can promote these goals.

Finally, keep detailed and pristine records of the maintenance that is performed on your home’s roof, siding, gutters and exterior. Choose a date such as the first weekend of every month to perform these resolutions so they become a habit in your home maintenance routine.
